唉。。很闲。。
不想读书，但是又不能不读。。

最近，我发现了我真正讨厌与喜欢的东西。。

-听朋友讲心事
-喝妈妈熬的汤
-吃妈妈煮的菜
-吃很多皮的包，陷料少
-煮饭和作蛋糕
-带便当去学校吃
-身边每个人都开心
-吃雪蛤
-看teksi和lala 玩
-打人，欺负别人^^

讨厌。。。
-洗碗（超讨厌的！！！！！！！！）
-吃番茄 （超讨厌的！！！！）
-做家务
-被父母骂
-自己爱哭
-弟弟发脾气
-被朋友骂
-自己不负责任
-没有人为我庆祝生日
-别人看不起我
-自己的无知。。。。。。。。
-teksi and lala不喜欢我
-一家店里卖的包，很难吃！ 陷料多到死，包皮很少。。



spm后要做的是：
-追戏 - 高美男
-做蛋糕
-一，三，五- 到妈妈公司上班
-六日- 去外面打工
-计划我的未来。。
-睡觉
-去sabah!!!
-去哥哥的家乡

lose again

25/3/10
today was the last day for me to take part in race ald.
REAlly the last chance.
from today on, no more olahraga. = (
haiz, today i took part in 1500m in zon sentul.
again, lose. tis was the 1st time tat i hate myself.
i m lose!! (but not the last 1) haha.

having a serious cough during running time.
it was really suffer like hell, cant even breathe properly.
but everything came to an end.
lose means lose. cant blame any1.
there's no more chance for me..haha..=)

zon sentul

紧张了好几天，比赛总与来临了。==
还我昨晚睡不好。。（过于紧张了。。。）

早上六点到学校。天啊~学校好暗哦。。简直是伸手不见五指。。
好可怕。幸好，kevin 不在，不然他一定会讲鬼故事==

7.30左右抵达smk seri permaisuri
我看到了en firdaus.
我心目中的老师！！ 哈哈
第一次在stadium比赛，兴奋与紧张是一定有的。
自上写着 acara 800m 是在10.30am
等啊。。等啊。。。12pm才轮到我跑。。
紧张到我的屁股要爆炸了。

第一次穿上钉鞋，走在不是草的路上。（红色的柏油路）
丁一次在枪声响起是跑。
结果我在16个来之不同的学校的对手中成功了进入决赛。
^^ 好高心。。
但是却在决赛中输了。得了No6^^（没有奖品）

起初跟家人通电话时，很想哭。
但是因为我太坚强了，所以没有哭。==
我的第三名，飞了 T.T

en firdaus 和tarmizi 一支戏弄我。他还说：“haiya..nvm nvm..still got nice year."

今天虽然没得奖，但是却有了新的经验。
今年是我的第一次，也是我的最后一次。

ps: 我要拿奖，奖牌很美，是星星的形状。^^ 拜四要加油， 1500米一定要赢！！
ps : 枪声很恐怖。心好像要跳出来了==

competition

recently, i took part in quite a lot of competition.
1stly was 800m, and i get the 2nd place.

tuesday morning was the harta karun held by bm society, and our group get 3rd place.
harta karun is damn damn damn fun...xDDDD kept on running and answering question.. xDD

tuesday evening, i took part in 1500m race which is open to all morning student. i get 3rd place.^^

wednesday, i ganti my frens to take part in high jump..haha..i m lose.. =X

den, thursday i went for tarik tali, merah get 3rd..haha..not bad not bad..

about today, saturday morning:
went to smk convent sentul for jemputan sukan.

1st time to represent our skol to run 4 x 100.

today morning was raining.so the feild was wet and hav a lot of mud. =(
so, i change my shoes to spike when is our turns to run.

i m started to run.

see my shoes..the mud was really very sticky and deep.
it like wan to 'pull' ur leg down.

when i was running, due to the mud on the field. my spikes fly out.
tat time i was like omg. both of my spikes fly out.
and i was wearing my socks to run.==
wth...the mud had ruined us.
if not i can run faster.damn mud!

yu ying was running and chasing the girl.

in the end, we get 3rd..=(
haiz..we suppose can get 1st or 2nd...haiz..
nvm..try again nex time.

800m

today,
was the saringan for 800m.

i was soooo nervous in tat..i cant do any hw at tat time.
i was walking around the school compound from 2.30untill dunnoe wat time.
yong xin,me,kuan ti,and some others fren tat i dunnoe their name took part in 800m.
of cz i was scared la. tis was my 1st time to took part in sport race.

3.00pm> xin ru ran 200m.
of cz she get no.1 in tat saringan. **she was very pro**

3.30pm..my turns T.T to ran 800m.
i can felt the heart beat rate increase when i stepped on the lane.
i knew tat i cant be nervous:
bcz, bio chpt7 , told tat, if we felt nervous, we will lack of oxygen, so the heart will pump more frequently. the heart pump more frequently means tat i will loss of energy and oygen before i start to ran.

i tried to calm myself.
when i started to run, i heard my frens kept on cheering for me.
the loudest tat i can hear was xin ru.
at 1st, i was at the last 3 of them. den, i tried to change up.
and finally, i got 2nd place. ^^

YEAHHHHHHH~~~~ i was so happy.
the training tat i was passed by really had help me.
ps: nex time i wan try to get 1st place, the time btw me and the 1st was jz 1 or 2 sec only.
haiya...sayang ald. nvm.try it nex time.

to my frens,
xin ru, kevin, jeen vern, jiak ying, kavitha, zheng jie(?) and others tat i din mention.
i heard ur supporting when i was running.
i really really wan to say tq to all of u.
bcz of u support i win, really thx T.T
