Well, today is my first presentation in United State. (ps: Did you notice something? =.= my coat is super big size. HEHE.. actually I borrowed it from a guy friend =.=)
The presentation is about business plan of a cafe. We named our coffee shop as Coffee Lab (idea from Burger Lab). In our business plan, we try to bring a new concept of the coffee to the US citizen, which is the 3D artwork coffee.
We dressed like a profession and talk like a profession during our presentation. However, I still think that I need to increase my presentation skill! :P
I was presenting in front of the class and I was the one who introduce the whole thing.
Group photo after presentation :)
To say the truth, this leadership class is not easy to score. So far, the highest mark I got in my homework is 90 out of 100. I heard most of my friend say that it is impossible to get marks that higher than 90. So, if you get 90, you are consider very lucky. hmmm
I really hope that I can get A- in this subject. Pleaseee!!!! And I hope I can get a president list back to Malaysia too.
One good thing about this class is that I learn how to do a business plan. The whole business plan includes a lot of section, such as marketing, products and services, location, operational plan and the hardest part - financial part.
We need to imagine that we are going to open a real cafe, and we need to think of the plan, our goal and objective. It's a very interesting subject. However, it's just hard to score.
After our presentation, I took a photo with my professor. Thanks Professor for this semester ^^
My group mate :)
What to do after the presentation?
We went to Fujisushi for our lunch. AWWwwww... SUSHI!!!
I am craving for it :D
HAHA!! sorry. I am too happy.
I ordered too much of sushi to eat xD
YUM YUM :D

Today, I had another presentation on Glo-bus, which is a competition among the classmate where we need to figure out strategy to win against each other.
I volunteered myself in my team to present as I wanna try to give myself a try. This will be my last time presentation in United State, so I told myself that I need to give myself a chance to try. Never try never know.
The day before the presentation, I practice more than 20 times as English is not my first language. American can give a good presentation. So, why can't I do? I believe that putting effort on something and we will get the good result.
During the presentation, I did not feel nervous and scare. I looked at the audience, took a long breathe and started my presentation by greeting them confidently. When I present, I tried to have eyes contact with everyone and I saw my professor keep nodding her head.
Although I present confidently, however, I speak very fast. @@
HAHAHAHAHAHA
Anyways, after I presented, the professor praised me "Good job"
Before I went out the classroom, she say something that make me almost fly to the heaven xD
She said...
“Good Job. I love your presentation. You are one of my favorite presenter of the day. I know English is not your first language but I can see your effort in this presentation. You try to speak and you even have eye contact with everyone. This is very good."
Well, words can't describe my happiness. :)
I am praised by a professor. Besides, I was happy because I put sweat and tears inside the presentation and I deserve the results. T^T
Thank you, my professor T_____T
During the practice time, I hoped that I can give up and ask other teammate to present about it. However, I told myself that, "This will be the last presentation. Just do it. Don't give up. Let other people know that Chinese from Malaysia can present too!" After that, I keep practice and practice. (ps : sorry my roommate, I had tortured your ears for 1 night :P) and Finallyyy I DID it! yahooo ^^
After my presentation, I thanks my professor for teaching me this whole semester. Glad to have her as professor. :D
My professor with me ^^
I will miss the professor here.
